"This morning's conference was great!  It was a wide range of participants on the panels and that was a great way to hear a wide view of options and ideas from the panelists!  Kevin Hancock gets my vote for most open, honest and helpful answers to questions. He was outstanding and his thoughts today were very heartfelt and honest.  Take away the layers of "facade" and discuss the truth of what it's like and how you face the issuers."

Next Generation Peer Advisory Group - Executive I
"Passing the Baton Letting Go and Preparing Yourself, Your Family, and Your Business for the Next Chapter"

This roundtable-style program is for owners of family-businesses who are in various stages of transition. Peer leaders will share from their own experience, both what has worked and what they have found challenging. Individuals will have the opportunity to discuss concerns and learn from each other. Typical discussion topics include the experience of preparing the next generation to take over the reins, tackling barriers to letting go (and the consequences to not doing so), and personal hopes/concerns about the next chapter of their lives. The roundtable will last 1.5-2hrs. The IFOB may continue this group in October depending on the level of interest.
