"This morning's conference was great!  It was a wide range of participants on the panels and that was a great way to hear a wide view of options and ideas from the panelists!  Kevin Hancock gets my vote for most open, honest and helpful answers to questions. He was outstanding and his thoughts today were very heartfelt and honest.  Take away the layers of "facade" and discuss the truth of what it's like and how you face the issuers."

“The woman who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd.  The woman who walks alone is likely to find herself in places no one has ever been before.” Albert Einstein

Our goal is that our evening together will be filled with inspiration, encouragement and friendship…oh, and of course a little wine and chocolate...  Understanding that we are all very busy women and our time is precious, we work to provide an evening that is valuable for you as a leader and also as a woman.  We hope to offer not only solid information that will help give you an edge in the workplace, but also be a safe place to share and inspire other women.

For this month’s dinner we will be joined by Suzan Wilson a Brunswick Town Councilor who will be sharing with us her intimate experience with “Women Firsts”.  She is a wonderful speaker and story teller and has a lot to share about being a woman in a man’s world!  Donna Dwyer, our second speaker, is Executive Director of the My Place Teen Center in Westbrook who has been going a great job helping at risk teens with an after school/summer program.  Colleen McCracken our Vice Chair of the IFOB has toured her facility and is amazed at what she has accomplished.

Hope to see you at our Women's Leadership Forum.
