"Finding your Voice in a Family-Owned Business..."
We're inviting the men too!
Join the Women in Family-Business for a fun educational afternoon on “Finding Your Voice!” Speaking of which, we’ve heard from our male counterparts who have wanted to be included in our “Women in Family-Business” events so new for 2017, we’re inviting the men.
We orginally were scheduled to kick off our series with this program called “Finding Your Voice” in February however a Nor'easter caused us to move it to the fall.
So we'll try it again here...
We’ll learn from IFOB Associate Partners, Dana Morris-Jones, PhD and John Shorb about presenting at meetings, leading a team, coaching direct reports, and speaking out about community and other issues, whether with a small or large group.
Dana Morris-Jones, Principal and co-founder of The Delphi Group, Inc., assists organizations, groups and individuals to achieve their goals by clarifying direction, aligning strategy with processes, mobilizing talent and inspiring commitment.
