"This morning's conference was great!  It was a wide range of participants on the panels and that was a great way to hear a wide view of options and ideas from the panelists!  Kevin Hancock gets my vote for most open, honest and helpful answers to questions. He was outstanding and his thoughts today were very heartfelt and honest.  Take away the layers of "facade" and discuss the truth of what it's like and how you face the issuers."

Presented by:  Chris Yonker, Executive Coach and Business Consultant, along with Mike Dow, Vice President of The Dow Company, Inc., a commercial construction company that has been in business for over 100 years.

Chris Yonker will provide an approach to succession planning with self-preparation from a visual standpoint in a keynote or workshop format. His strategy encompasses the principles of leadership, personal mastery, martial arts (Chris holds a 7th degree black belt in Sanchin-Ryu Karate) and neuro-linguistic programming.  In his work with wealthy families and senior executives, Chris is masterful at creating a high level of trust, which leads to extraordinary outcomes for his clients, both in business and in life. By aligning natural abilities with core values, he is able to help them define improvement initiatives, set realistic goals and use newfound strategies to achieve them.

In this talk, you will learn how to:

  • Overcome the fear of watching everything you built be potentially at risk
  • Equip the next generation to handle the external pressure of the transition so they are not negatively affected mentally and emotionally
  • Make rational business decisions in a situation that may have emotional implications
  • Not lose loyal clients and retain your key contributors
  • Assure the company revenue is capable of funding the retirement of outgoing leadership
  • Close the chasm on differing values from varied generational standards
