"Passing the Baton: Letting Go and Preparing Yourself, Your Family, and Your Business for the Next Chapter."

This round table-style program is for owners of family-businesses who are in various stages of transition.

Peer leaders will share from their own experience, both what has worked and what they have found challenging. Individuals will have the opportunity to discuss concerns and learn from each other.

Topic: "Changing priorities during the time of Covid-19 and what does 'post lock down' look like?"
We thought we’d dig deeper and cover questions like:

• What would you rather be doing with your time then and now?
• What are you doing that you wish you weren't doing?
• What are you actually enjoying doing? (perhaps going as far as calling it a silver lining...)
• What have you gained a clearer perspective on?
• What have you noticed that has grown in importance to you personally?
• Have you noticed your and/or your family's priorities changing in any way?
• What are you missing that you didn't realize you were missing?
• What are you excited to do after you're vaccinated?
  
• What kinds of internal change have you noticed within you?
